Great Satisfaction from Small Technology Purchase

Our beautiful ancient G3 iMac (Green DVD model) began acting oddly a number of months ago. The problem (solved last Friday)... Every time a link was hit in either Safari or Firefox THREE windows would open, or open a blank email in Entourage and THREE would open and impossible to highlight and select a single word in any application, and Excel cell selection was wonky.

We even went to the trouble of re-installing the operating system and all application programs, still the problem remained.

We then guessed the problem might be related to a cheap Macally keyboard and mouse we bought about the time our problems started showing up. Not nice... Grrrr!

Last Friday we purchased [a] Microsoft Digital Media Pro keyboard and [b] Microsoft Optical intelliMouse. Then downloaded and installed the applicable Microsoft software (very easy to do) and TA DA... problems solved and EVERYTHING on our beautiful ancient Apple G3 iMac once again works just as it should... Oh, great shouts of joy!

Adding to our relief and joy, both of these Microsoft products are a pleasure to work with, very well thought-out, excellent design, well manufactured and look cool to the max... BTW did I mention that we are happy, happy, happy.
